About the Role
TISA Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Teller Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our teller line in Wewak. In this role, you will lead cash handling processes, drive customer service excellence, support teller staff, and enforce key risk and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate teller staff; train new hires and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Operational Control: Monitor transactions, authorize limit overrides, manage vault/ATM balancing, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, resolve escalated issues, and support product cross-selling.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage dual-control cash procedures, monitor AML/CTF risks, safeguard assets, and support internal/external audit requirements.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant banking/teller operations experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, transaction management, problem-solving skills, high accuracy, and deep regulatory/compliance awareness.

• Teller balancing accuracy and turnaround times
• Customer satisfaction scores and audit/compliance results
• Team engagement and productivity
