Key Responsibilities

• Display & Merchandising: Ensure professional setup of products and POSM installation to maximize brand visibility and increase shelf share.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory using FIFO principles, maintain product hygiene, and report damaged or missing stock.
• Sales Optimization: Build strong retail customer relationships, propose purchase orders, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, monitor seasonal demands, collect trade data, and submit daily reports featuring before/after activity photos.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries promptly and escalate trade issues to Sales Management when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable).
• Experience: At least 2 years in the FMCG industry, preferably in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
