As a graduate trainee, you'll undergo an intensive 18-month program that combines rapid career advancement with international exposure, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact on SP Brewery and HEINEKEN.
Program Overview:
Formerly known as the SP Graduate Development Program, the HGP spans 18 months and features structured rotations across various business functions, providing you with invaluable learning experiences and developmental opportunities. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining insights into world-class brands and acquiring skills that will shape your future leadership journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake four assignments, including three four-month local rotations and a six-month cross-functional assignment in the Asia Pacific region (based on performance).
- Contribute to the success of SP Brewery and HEINEKEN through active participation in projects and initiatives.
- Embrace new cultures and experiences, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Papua New Guinean Citizens
- Final-year university students or recent graduates (2024) with Bachelor's or Master's degrees in any discipline
- Proficient in English
- Preferred: Valid driving license for Sales graduate applicants; Engineering or Science-related degrees for Supply Chain graduate applicants
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to projects and tasks
- Passion for exploring new cultures and regions, with a willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region (for high-performing graduates)
