Air Niugini is seeking a motivated Service Training Lead – Cabin Crew to help drive our customer experience transformation and support our journey towards becoming a 4-Star Skytrax airline.




Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver cabin crew and frontline service training programs.
  • Develop engaging training materials, SOP-based learning content, and coaching resources.
  • Conduct service quality audits and provide coaching to improve performance.
  • Lead onboard product and service trials, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Cabin Operations, Catering, Airports, and Marketing to maintain service excellence.
  • Support leadership development for Pursers and Cabin Managers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in cabin crew training, service quality, hospitality, or frontline leadership.
  • Strong presentation, coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in training development, service auditing, and Microsoft Office; LMS/eLearning experience is an advantage.
