Datec PNG is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resource Officer.

The company is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join its human resource team and support workforce management and HR operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Human Resource role
• Knowledge and experience using Pronto software will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of Papua New Guinea Labour Laws and HR best practices
