Teaching Positions – 2026 Intake (Papua New Guinea)

The Department of Education Papua New Guinea is inviting applications from qualified and currently unemployed university graduates to apply for Teaching Positions for the 2026 Intake. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This recruitment aims to engage passionate and qualified degree holders to serve in schools across Papua New Guinea.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher from a recognized university
• Must be currently unemployed
• All required documents properly certified

Required Supporting Documents

All certificates must be endorsed by a Commissioner of Oaths.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Bachelor Degree Certificate (or higher)
• Official Cumulative Transcript
• Grade 10 Certificate
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Character References
• Medical Report / Medical Certificate
• Police Clearance (or payment receipt if pending)
• NID Card or Birth Certificate (or NID registration record number)
