Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Cabin Crew members are expected to support daily flight operations, work collaboratively with colleagues, and uphold PNG Air’s safety and service standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have successfully completed Year 12 with the required minimum grading. Previous experience in customer service or cabin crew roles is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a friendly and approachable personality, and be able to work effectively as part of a team while adapting to rostered schedules.
