New Porgera Limited Announces 2026 Graduate Development Program
New Porgera Limited is calling on motivated and ambitious graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Development Program, an entry-level career pathway designed to develop future technical and operational leaders in the mining industry.
Through the COMPASS program, graduates will receive hands-on workplace training at the Porgera operation, supported by structured technical learning objectives. The program aims to equip participants with practical skills, industry exposure, and leadership experience.
Program Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the following:
- GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Completed tertiary studies in 2025, or within the last three years
- Degree obtained from a recognized tertiary institution
Graduated in one of the following disciplines:
- Civil / Structural Engineering
- Mine Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Geology
- Accounting
- Metallurgy
- Human Resource Management
- Information & Communication Technology
