Available Positions:

1. Area Sales Manager

  • Locations: Port Moresby (x1), Rabaul (x1)


  • Purpose: Oversee and control all sales-related activities within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with budgets and objectives while leading and motivating the field sales team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build stakeholder relationships.

2. Sales Representative

  • Locations: Kimbe (x1), Lae (x2)
  • Purpose: Achieve distribution, merchandising, and market hygiene goals while building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with expertise in distribution and merchandising practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage territory and meet objectives.

3. Business Development Representative

  • Locations: Kokopo (x1), Lae (x1), Mt. Hagen (x1)
  • Purpose: Identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and promote Nestlé products to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to engage potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

4. Business Analyst

  • Location: Port Moresby (x1)
  • Purpose: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights that optimize strategies and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and market trends.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

5. Rural Business Development Manager

  • Location: Port Moresby (x1)


  • Purpose: Drive sales growth and brand presence in rural PNG by developing distribution channels, building stakeholder relationships, and executing marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in rural or underserved markets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and local communities.
  • Experience implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product availability.
