Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring seamless operation of IT resources? Join our team as an IT Administrator - Support and play a pivotal role in optimizing end-user experiences and maintaining the stability of server and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT support operations, including helpdesk management, asset procurement, and service desk system administration.
- Ensure the stability of server and network infrastructure, including Windows and Linux Servers, network switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and provide support for VMWare, Veeam Backup & Replication, endpoint security applications, and IT Service Management tools.
- Manage VPN, SDWAN, and VoIP systems effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in IT and/or 3-5 years’ experience in IT support.
- Expertise in desktop, server, and network administration.
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred).
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM systems.

- Service-oriented with a proven track record of quality delivery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, professional, and motivated with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
