Who They’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of Grade 8 education or higher.
- Have completed the Job Ready Program with Employment Development (required).
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Show a stable work history and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Be eager to learn quickly and collaborate with colleagues.
- Be available for an internal transfer with written approval from the current Head of Department (if currently employed).
Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements for Mobilization:
Ability to work a rotation schedule of 14 days on, 7 days off.
- Available for shift work (day and night shifts).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment medical exam, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Preference will be given to local Ipili-speaking candidates (Category 1 and Category 2).
- Internal employees must submit written approval from their supervisors with their application.
- Immediate availability to start.
