About the Role:

Kina Bank is seeking recent graduates eager to explore a role in strategic innovation. As a Strategic Intelligence Graduate, you will engage in research and analytical work within our Strategic Intelligence unit, a core division under the Transformation Department. Your focus will be on supporting data gathering, sense-making, and intelligence preparation processes.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and monitor developments in key areas (structural changes, markets, capabilities, competition, etc.) on Kina Securities Limited’s strategic map.
• Produce intelligence reports according to the set reporting cycles.
• Support the Strategic Intelligence Manager in evolving BAU roles, including work groups, data collection, and information gathering sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Degree must have been completed within the last three years.
• Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A desire to learn, be teachable, and take on new challenges.
