Job : Customer Services Officer Benefits - Nambawan Super

Nambawan Super is  currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of Member Services Officer Benefits for their Member Benefits Division within the Customer Services Department, based in Port Moresby.

The successful candidate will report to Team Leader Member Benefits and be responsible for the reviewing and processing of all types of Benefits Payments and Housing Advance Payments within the expected Service Levels.



Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of Diploma in Management, Finance and Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in similar role.
  • Must possess sufficient knowledge of Superannuation Legislations and Regulations.
  • Microsoft Office Proficient.
  • Strong Communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • A self-starter and can work under minimum supervision.
  • Team player
  • Result driven and pays attention to detail.
