Trade Marketing Representative x2
Paradise Company Limited has vacancies for an enthusiastic and motivated Trade Marketing Representative who will be based in Kokopo and Kimbe respectively and reporting to the respective Area Field Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve ranging of agreed range Paradise Foods and Laga Industries products in outlets by channels in assigned territory.
- Ensure availability of all Paradise Foods and Laga Industries products in all outlets and channels in his territory by executing proper inventory process.
- Achieve Price Compliance on all Paradise Foods and Laga Industries products in all outlets and channels in the assigned territory
- Achieve high merchandising standards in all outlets in the territory resulting in highest visibility and instore presentation of all Paradise Foods and Laga Industries products.
- Ensure full outlet coverage of all customers within your defined territory in line with agreed call plans.
- Close relations with the Area Field Manager and Marketing team for the planning and implementation of all Point-of-Sale required in the territory.
- Achieve discipline in carrying out daily call planning prior to going out to trade
- Review all new business channel opportunities and ongoing channel development strategy.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders in the trade.
- Ensure that all promotional materials are well visible in trade and all promotional posters are used effectively.
- Ensure stock depth on shelf and on off location displays and in customers bulk store are at required stock levels and orders placed on required days.
Person Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related courses or Grade 12 minimum qualification
- At least 3 years minimum experience in sales-oriented role
- Understands the market, key players and is familiar with consumer and trade trends
- Understands retail classification and basic Supply Chain processes
- Must have great customer service focus
- Must have excellent written, verbal communication skills and great negotiation skills
- Understands outlet call and coverage planning with strong organizational skills
- Great team player and must have strong attention to details.
