Job : Personal Assistants x 2 with BNBM PNG

 BNBM PNG Limited has 2 vacant positions available in our Port Moresby office. 

They  are looking for 2 responsible Personal Assistants to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. 


Acting as a first point of contact between the manager(s) and clients, you will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

The positions are based in Port Moresby and following are the requirements and criteria;

  • -Ages between 25 – 30 years old females
  • -Reside within city limits
  • -Strong interpersonal skills
  • -Tech-savvy and experience with word and excel processing
  • -Active listening and good communication skills
  • -Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • -Ability to multi-task
  • -Strong time-management and organization skills

Teams and Conditions of employment will be discussed during interview including the pay rate which depends on the level of experience. 

Minimum education requirement for these roles:

  • -Business Administration or Business Management Diploma. 
  • -Or a degree related to the industry can also be useful.
  • -1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role; an advantage.
  • -Ability to drive and possess valid driver’s license would be a bonus.
