TISA Insurance is seeking a motivated and capable finance professional to fill the position of Finance Business Partner within its Group Finance Team in Port Moresby.
The successful applicant will assist in overseeing key financial administration activities, working alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner to ensure the smooth management of payroll, employee entitlements, supplier accounts, payments and financial reconciliations.
The position will require close coordination with various departments, including People & Culture, Treasury, Claims and Procurement. The appointee will help strengthen financial procedures, maintain accurate records, uphold compliance requirements and improve the delivery of finance services across the organisation.
