About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Manager – Esiloan to join the Esiloans Unit based at the Waigani Operations Office in Port Moresby. This role is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening lending performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Esiloan sales, credit administration, and recoveries teams
• Drive sales performance to meet targets and improve customer experience
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs)
• Prepare and execute business plans, budgets, and risk management frameworks
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and synergy
• Work closely with the Head of Credit to achieve overall business KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in personal lending, sales, and recoveries
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team management and business development
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends
