The Nadesalingam Foundation for Education NFFE in partnership with IBS University is inviting applications for the 2026 scholarship program. This initiative aims to support and empower the next generation of Papua New Guinea’s leaders by providing financial assistance for higher education.
Who Can Apply

- Be a citizen of Papua New Guinea
- Have a record of good academic achievement
- Demonstrate financial need
- Qualify for admission into a first-year degree program at IBS University
What the Scholarship Covers
