All applicants are advised to carefully read and comply with the following guidelines before completing an online job application.
1. System Duration

4. Compulsory Documents to Attach
All the following documents must be uploaded:
Cover Letter / Expression of Interest
→ Clearly state the Position # and Job Title in the subject line.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Highest Tertiary Qualification Certificate
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Grade 10 Certificate
- One (1) assessed Staff Performance Appraisal (SPA) form from 2023, 2024, or the first part of 2025
→ For Teachers: Latest Inspection Report is mandatory.
- eNational Identification Card (NID) or Birth Certificate
- Medical Report / Certificate
5. Personal Information – Not Applicable Fields
- If a field does not apply to you, enter: “N/A” (Not Applicable).
- For date fields that are not applicable, use the default date: 01/01/1900.
6. Document Attachment Format
- All documents must be saved in PDF format.
- You may combine multiple documents into one PDF file.
- Name your files clearly and appropriately.
- Maximum of 17 PDF files allowed.
- Select and upload all required documents at once.
7. Review Before Submission
- Carefully review all information and attachments before clicking “Submit”.
- No changes or corrections can be made after submission.
- 8. Notification After Applying
After submitting your application:
- A success message will appear on screen.
- An acknowledgment email will be sent to the email address you provided.
→ Ensure you enter only one correct and reliable email address.
If your application is incomplete, the system will not allow submission—you must correct all errors before proceeding.
Important Reminders
- Attach a clear ID photo in the application form.
