About the Program

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a structured one-year intensive training initiative designed to fast-track your career in technology and business. Participants will gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop professional and leadership skills in a supportive learning environment. The program aims to equip graduates with the tools and exposure needed to succeed within the Remington Group and the broader business industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:


  • Be in their final year of study with a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate or advanced level).
  • Have relevant work experience through internships, casual employment, or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities (advantageous).
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Show confidence and resilience when facing challenges or feedback.


Target Disciplines

The program is open to graduates from the following fields:

  • Business Management
  • Marketing / Public Relations / Bachelor of Arts (Major in Arts & Design)
  • Computer Science / Information Technology
