JOB ADVERTISEMENT: STATIC GUARDS (LAE)

Executive Security Systems (ESS) is seeking experienced and reliable Static Guards to join our team in Lae. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises within the organisation as well as for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous security at assigned locations through monitoring, access control, and regular patrols.
- Deter unauthorized entry or criminal activity and enforce company security procedures.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure all personnel, equipment, and property are secure at all times.
- Record and document incidents, unusual activities, or security breaches.
- Perform tagging duties accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualification Requirements:
- Current Police Clearance
- High School Certificate
- Medical Clearance from an authorized clinic (upon vetting)
- Reference from previous employer(s)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Well-groomed and of sober habits
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in security procedures is preferred
Valid bank account preferred
