  • 1. Manager – Macro Prudential Supervision Unit, Research Department

Responsible for developing and implementing system-wide macro prudential policies covering banks and non-banks, working with IMF/World Bank, supporting financial inclusion strategies, ensuring robust risk assessments, reviewing prudential standards, and contributing to long-term Bank strategies. Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Economics/Banking/Finance/Accounting, 7+ years in finance/banking/superannuation/life insurance at management level, strong leadership, and industry knowledge.


  • 2. Senior Analyst – Assessment and Compliance Unit, Payment System Oversight & Compliance Department

Oversees compliance of payment systems with PFMI, AML/CTF, FATF standards, and other regulations, conducts on-site assessments, prepares reports, develops oversight guidelines, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance/banking/law, 5–7 years in supervision, risk & compliance or audit, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of payment system regulations.


  • 3. Business Analyst – Monitoring & Analytics Unit, Payment System & Compliance Department

Manages and analyses payments data, supports policy and compliance monitoring, conducts stress-testing, applies Basel liquidity tools, liaises with stakeholders, and recommends risk mitigation strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/business, 3–5 years’ monitoring/analytics experience, analytical skills, and some knowledge of BI tools.


  • 4. Senior Analyst – International Transaction & Monitoring Unit, Economics Department

Manages gold export license approvals, monitors foreign exchange transactions, oversees compliance, leads junior staff, maintains foreign debt/equity databases, and ensures effective communication on exchange matters. Requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics/Banking/Finance, 5+ years’ relevant experience, project financing skills, regulatory enforcement capability, and leadership qualities.


  • 5. Statistical Officer – International Transaction & Monitoring Unit, Economics Department

Supports analysts by managing data collection, storage, and reporting; trains statistical staff; ensures compliance; and evaluates statistical reports against priorities. Requires a Diploma in Accounting/Statistics, 2+ years’ experience in similar role, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.


  • 6. Research Analyst – Monetary Policy Unit, Economics Department

Contributes to monetary policy frameworks, compiles and analyses statistics, develops public understanding strategies, provides research-based advice, and represents the Bank in dealings with international institutions. Requires a Bachelor’s in Economics/Business, 3–5 years’ experience, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.


  • 7. Senior Analyst – Monetary Policy Unit, Economics Department

Leads development of monetary policy frameworks, communicates Bank policies, provides strategic advice, participates in international discussions, and supports department capacity-building. Requires a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Economics/Business, 3–5 years’ relevant experience, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


  • 8 Manager – Building Unit, Facilities & Property Management Department

Oversees building maintenance, safety compliance, renovations, contractor supervision, budgeting, and regulatory adherence. Requires a Bachelor’s in Building/Architecture/Property Management, 5+ years’ experience in large-scale facility management, leadership, and strong problem-solving skills.


  • 9 Technical Officer – Building Unit, Facilities & Property Management Department

Conducts inspections, monitors maintenance contracts, prepares scopes of work, travels for site assessments, and supports unit strategies and compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Technology.
