1. Helpdesk and Support Technician
Location: Western Pacific University

Western Pacific University is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting services. The role includes installing and maintaining network equipment, assisting students and staff with device use, managing ICT assets, and maintaining records of support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve basic IT issues
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Support network connectivity including LAN and Wi-Fi
- Assist with account management and virus removal
- Train users on university systems
- Manage ICT inventory and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of helpdesk experience
- Good knowledge of networking including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP
