Christian Health Services PNG (CHSPNG) is a non-profit organisation established in 1965. As a major partner with the Government of Papua New Guinea through the National Department of Health, CHSPNG plays a vital role in delivering health services and training the health workforce throughout the country.



Immediate Vacancies – National Office, Port Moresby

CHSPNG invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Admin & Property Officer

Position No: CHS000004

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate and a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised institution
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration or property management
  • Ability to coordinate fleet use and oversee the maintenance of CHS properties


2. Payroll Accountant

Position No: CHS0000013

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll management
  • Knowledge in internal auditing, budget formulation and reconciliation


3. Human Resource Officer

Position No: CHS0000014

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR roles
  • Good understanding of PNG Labour Laws and Employment Regulations

4. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Position No: 0000022

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Public Health or Epidemiology
  • Between 3 to 5 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Experience in conducting internal and external reviews aligned with National Department of Health and CHS PNG objectives


5. ICT Manager

Position No: CHS0000026

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Strong expertise in hardware, software, systems, and networks
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management and network administration


6. IT Support Officer

Position No: CHS0000024

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or Computing
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance


7. Health Promotion Coordinator

Position No: 0000029

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Social Work
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in community development
  • Ability to manage health promotion programs and budgets across CHS network


8. Health Promotion Officer

Position No: CHS0000032

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Public Health, Health Education, or Social Work
  • At least 3 years of experience in health education and promotion
  • Capable of planning and implementing nationwide awareness programs
