Job Vacancies – Catholic Church Health Services CCHS Diocese of Bereina

Catholic Church Health Services CCHS is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to fill the following key positions to help shape the future of healthcare in Papua New Guinea



1. Principal

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field preferably in Specialized Nursing Health Extension or a related discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role in health education or training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum development and school administration
  • Foster partnerships with local health organizations
  • Ensure adherence to health education standards


2. Lecturer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in education or lecturing in nursing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical and engaging training
  • Assess student performance and contribute to curriculum


3. Senior Tutor

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Health Science or Nursing

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in tutoring or health training institutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support academic administration
  • Assist in developing training materials


4. Clinical Nurse Tutor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid license

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and instruct students during practical training

5. Bursar or Admin Officer

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration Finance or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in administrative or financial roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and budgets
  • Provide administrative support to the school


6. Librarian

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Education Certificate in Office Administration

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in library management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage library resources
  • Assist students and staff in research
  • Promote information literacy
