We Are Hiring: Human Resources Officer
Location: Port Moresby
Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea (MSPNG) is seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources Officer (HRO) to join our Support Office team in Port Moresby.
The MSPNG Support Office plays a vital role in delivering health services across outreach programs, centres, hospitals, and the National Family Planning Training Program. We ensure that our service delivery teams are well-prepared, adequately funded, and fully resourced to perform their roles effectively.
About the Role:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the effective administration of key HR functions and initiatives. This role supports the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices while contributing to MSPNG’s mission of becoming an employer of choice. The successful candidate will help foster a culture of achievement, support professional development, and maintain high staff retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of a diploma-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong skills in HR administration and policy implementation
- A commitment to equality, safeguarding, and inclusive workplace practices
