Job Summary:

• To lead, manage, and further develop the PIL Field Force, Route, and Vendor channels.
• Desired Skills/Capabilities or Qualifications:
• Results-driven with a proven track record of high achievement in sales volume.
• Effective time management, presentation, communication, and sales skills.
• Able to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
• Grade 12 with a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on experience.
• Must have a proven track record of sales targets met.

Requirements:

• Updated CV and supporting documents.
• Cover letter addressing the selection criteria must be addressed to the Regional Manager – Highlands Region.
