Nambawan Super Limited (NSL), a leader in superannuation services, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic ICT team. This role is based at our Head Office in Port Moresby and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to the transformation of our member experience.

As an IT Application Support Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our business-critical systems, including the PRONTO ERP system , SQL databases, and other enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for PRONTO ERP and other business applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges.
• Ensure ERP integrations align with business requirements and specifications.
• Train end-users on PRONTO ERP and related software, empowering them to maximize system functionality.
• Work closely with key users to document business needs for system upgrades and improvements.
• Support and maintain on-premise SQL Server databases , assisting with internal system development as needed.
• Manage IT application incidents, updating Helpdesk tickets in accordance with IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Follow ITIL best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments.
• Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with additional duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting PRONTO ERP systems in a professional capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services .
• Solid change management skills to support all levels of PRONTO ERP and software users.
• Knowledge of roles, security, and access management within software systems.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (analyze, design, develop, test, deploy).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve user issues efficiently.
