1. Risk Analyst

  • Location: Port Moresby, Head Office (TISA Ta Building)

Qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Information Systems.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in banking or the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of general risk management in finance and accounting roles.
  • Skills in preparation and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

2. Learning & Development Advisor

  • Location: Port Moresby, Head Office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Train-the-Trainer and Training Needs Analysis is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in high-compliance industries like financial services, mining, or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in Learning & Development, including large-scale implementation across multiple sites.
  • Analytical skills for training needs analysis, curriculum development, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong command of data visualization tools and analytics for reporting training ROI and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging diverse teams, leadership, and regulators.
  • Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends as needed.

3. Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor

  • Location: Port Moresby, Head Office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
  • Certified OHS Practitioner (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in occupational health, safety, and wellbeing roles, preferably in high-compliance industries like financial services, mining, or manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing procedures.
  • Proven ability to implement large-scale health and safety programs across multiple sites.
  • Analytical skills for incident trend analysis and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for creating reports and compliance documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging diverse teams, leadership, and regulators.
  • Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
