Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a University Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Exhibit leadership experience (e.g., school captain, sports or social leader, SRC member).
- Actively engage in extracurricular activities such as volunteering, interest groups, Toastmasters, or similar initiatives.
