Job Opportunity: Project Manager at Nambawan Super Limited (NSL)

About the Role:

Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of all NSL projects aligned with our strategic objectives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing multiple, complex projects from concept to completion.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies while addressing challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ demonstrated experience.
  • Certification in project management is preferable.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, successfully leading and delivering projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, to effectively plan, track, and manage project progress.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels and facilitating productive collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to changing project requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience within the financial services industry, preferably in Superannuation or Wealth Management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Digital savvy, comfortable being uncomfortable, efficient, and organized.
