Steamships Limited is actively seeking a proficient, capable, and results-oriented individual to fill the position of HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, this role offers a full-time on-site opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
As a Human Resource Business Partner, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with General Managers to enhance people capability, strategize talent management, and devise approaches that align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities will encompass Industrial Relations and Labour/Maritime Compliance (including liaison with Union consultants), oversight of Logistics HR Hubs, participation in management recruitment within Logistics, contribution to reward and welfare strategies, and organizational development within the logistics sector.
