ExxonMobil PNG Limited operates the US$19 billion PNG LNG Project, a pioneering venture commercializing Papua New Guinea's abundant gas resources. What Role You Will Play in Our Team
ExxonMobil offers a comprehensive cross-functional development program designed to expose candidates to a range of short-term assignments across various departments and disciplines during their initial 2-3 years of employment. Candidates will undertake assignments that foster leadership capabilities and develop a diverse array of technical skills. We seek candidates enthusiastic about a multifaceted career and eager to learn from assignments that transcend their academic backgrounds.
Positions are based at our Port Moresby Headquarters, Papua New Guinea.
What You Will Do
ExxonMobil PNG Limited seeks students and recent graduates keen to explore management development opportunities with us. These include assignments in Finance and Accounting, Public and Government Affairs, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Procurement.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants to this program must:
- Be a PNG Citizen or PNG Permanent Resident with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Journalism, Public Policy, Law, or a similar Social Science degree.
- Have completed their bachelor’s degree no earlier than 2021 (to commence work in the first quarter of 2025).
- Be proficient in the use of computers and MS Office applications.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Excellent academic performance.
- Exceptional leadership qualities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
