Program Overview:
The Job Readiness Program is a comprehensive 6-month initiative aimed at nurturing young talents into confident professionals. Through a blend of structured learning and practical experiences, participants will:
- Receive professional coaching and mentoring.
- Engage in leadership development activities.
- Undergo on-the-job rotations to gain hands-on experience.
- Participate in Toastmasters sessions to enhance communication skills.
- Immerse in a culture initiative drive to foster team spirit and innovation.
- Requirements:
To be eligible for the program, candidates must:
- Have completed Grade 12 in 2023.
- Possess a Grade 12 High School Certificate.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in their chosen career path.
- Submit an updated CV, two written references, and a covering letter outlining their motivation for joining the program and future career aspirations.
