Program Overview:

The Job Readiness Program is a comprehensive 6-month initiative aimed at nurturing young talents into confident professionals. Through a blend of structured learning and practical experiences, participants will:

  • Receive professional coaching and mentoring.
  • Engage in leadership development activities.
  • Undergo on-the-job rotations to gain hands-on experience.
  • Participate in Toastmasters sessions to enhance communication skills.
  • Immerse in a culture initiative drive to foster team spirit and innovation.
  • Requirements:

To be eligible for the program, candidates must:

  • Have completed Grade 12 in 2023.
  • Possess a Grade 12 High School Certificate.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in their chosen career path.
  • Submit an updated CV, two written references, and a covering letter outlining their motivation for joining the program and future career aspirations.
