We are currently seeking an Area Sales Managers to join our Sales team based MT Hagen overseeing Kundiawa & Jiwaka Province to lead, coach and manage direct reports within the allocated team and geographic areas of responsibility.
This role will service General Trade and Key Accounts
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Achievement of sales budget/target
- Ensure efficient and effective utilization of CCEP company assets
- Increase operational excellence via sales call rates and equipment scanning
- Continuously improve market place merchandising standards as measured by survey scorecards
- Compilation and presentation of reports.
About You
- Prior sales management experience
- Motivated and resilient attitude towards goals, business acumen
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated understanding of key drivers of improving sales performance within geographic area
- Lead through vision and values
