ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing the administration / clerical support for the department in order to achieve its set business objectives and maximise safety operations and customer satisfaction.
Main duties / responsibilities include:
- Provide administration support for the Parts department and the staff.
- Accountable with upholding control & care of office stationery stock inventory.
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers of goods & services, with accurate, timely payment of invoices as per payment schedule.
- Establish & maintain a filing & document control process for the tracking & update of all Administration activity.
- Provide assistance in the development & implementation of document standards, office policies & operational procedures.
- Respond promptly to all internal customer & 3rd party enquiries or requests via telephone, email or face- to-face communication.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Experience / Attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Office Administration is desirable.
- 2 years experience in Administration /Office environment.
- Excellent customer focus and the capacity to deal effectively with all level of management.
- Sound computer skills (Word / Excel / Power point / Outlook).
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Be trustworthy and use initiative to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to work extended hours and on Saturdays when required.
- Must be able to live and work in Kimbe.
