Position Vacancy: Area Field Manager (Eastern Highlands Province)
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated sales person to join our Goroka sales team taking on the role of Area Field Manager. This position reports directly to the Regional Field Manager for the Highlands Region, and is primarily responsible for ensuring business goals are achieved within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed company targets through successful management of sales team and territory.
- Monitor team’s performance and provide effective coaching and guidance to motivate and lead the team to success.
- Developing sales strategies to increase business opportunities within territory
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
- Collect, compile and report on market surveys
- Provide timely reports and feedback as and when required by management
- Manage all company tools and assets within policy
- Contribute to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees
Qualifications & Skills:
- Tertiary qualification preferable in Business Management or other Management related course.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience in similar role
- Proven track record of sales achievements would also be an advantage.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self – starter and strong relationship building skills
- Must hold a current driver’s license
- Must be fully vaccinated.
