Canes Construction has a position vacancy for Quantity Surveyor.
As Quantity surveyor, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. As Quantity surveyor, you will manage the costs on a construction project and to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Responsibilities includes;
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site foreman, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Other responsibilities when required
Qualifications required
- Bachelor in Building or Architecture
- With a minimum experience of 5 years.
